How early do I need to book event models?

Booking requires at least 7 working days in advance.

Yes. We provide profiles and photos of staff that match your brand image for your selection.

We recommend models based on event type (e.g., high-end corporate, brand promotion), considering experience, language skills (Cantonese/English/Mandarin), and professional poise.

We suggest clients provide training materials. Our internal team will then assist in briefing the staff accordingly.

We can provide costumes and makeup services based on your required style to ensure a unified image.

Duties include:
• Reception: Greeting guests, registration, and kit distribution.
• Guidance: Leading guests to seats and assisting with stage flow.
• Brand Display: Wearing specific uniforms to represent the brand.
• Support: Maintaining order and handling ad-hoc requests.
• Ceremony Support: Assisting in ribbon cutting, awards, or openings.

While possible depending on manpower availability, we recommend notifying us as early as possible for the best arrangements.
