To support Maxim’s MX in recruiting new talent, we set up street recruitment booths across multiple communities to create an interactive platform where the public could learn about job opportunities on the spot.
The activation featured a mobile recruitment station with branded setup. Promoters introduced job roles and application procedures on-site, successfully driving strong enquiries and sign-ups—improving recruitment efficiency while enhancing brand image.
