A suitable company address and recipient details are required. Once the mail reaches the company, delivery to the specified person depends on the company’s internal mail handling process and cannot be guaranteed.

How far in advance should I book targeted merchant distribution?
Targeted merchant distribution should generally be booked at least 7 working days in advance to allow time to confirm the target merchants, distribution area and staffing arrangements.
Is targeted merchant distribution affected by extreme weather?
Targeted merchant distribution may be adjusted according to weather, traffic and business operating conditions:
- Typhoon Signal No. 1 or No. 3, or Red Rainstorm Warning: Services can generally proceed if traffic and on-site conditions are safe.
- Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above: Distribution will be gradually suspended or cancelled within two hours before the Observatory’s announced warning time.
- Black Rainstorm Warning: Distribution may be suspended or cancelled depending on traffic and on-site conditions when the warning is in effect.
If rescheduling is required, Flyer King will coordinate a suitable arrangement with the client.
