Higher Message
Reach Rate
Private car owners usually check their vehicles regularly, so flyers placed on the windshield are more likely to be noticed, increasing reach. This helps ensure your message is delivered directly to the target audience and reduces message loss.
Direct Access to Your Target Audience
Simple & Fast
High Flexibility
Precise Coverage of Target Areas
Based on our campaign requirements, the team helped plan suitable distribution locations and vehicle routes according to our target areas. Clear reports and photo records were provided after the campaign, allowing us to better understand the coverage and follow-up adjustments.
Strategic Planning to Support Campaign Needs
As our first experience using vehicle promotion services, the team provided location recommendations based on our business nature and target audience. The overall arrangement was well organised, with good coordination on timing and locations, along with reports to track campaign progress.
Supporting Driver Recruitment Promotion
For our driver recruitment campaign, the team helped arrange vehicle distribution in suitable locations, including logistics hubs and industrial areas. The on-site execution was flexible, with distribution records and photos provided to help us better understand the campaign coverage.

Yes. Leaflets can be distributed to vehicles parked on the street, subject to the on-site environment, applicable regulations and safety conditions.
You may request specific districts, car parks or routes, and Flyer King will coordinate the arrangement where feasible.
Distribution may not always follow an exact requested time slot and will depend on staffing, route planning, site opening hours and on-site conditions.
If the driver is inside the vehicle and is willing to receive the leaflet, our staff may hand it directly to them. If the driver is not present, promotional materials will be placed on the windscreen according to the agreed arrangement and site conditions.
Distribution must avoid damaging vehicles or obstructing the driver’s view.
Vehicle leaflet distribution should generally be booked at least 7 working days in advance to allow time to confirm the target area, vehicle types and staffing arrangements.
We recommend placing each leaflet in a transparent plastic bag to reduce the risk of damp paper sticking to the windscreen.
Before preparing the materials, please confirm the following with Flyer King:
- Leaflet size and quantity
- Plastic bag size and packing method
- Which party is responsible for packing
- Material handover schedule
Plastic bags only help protect the materials. Distribution may still be suspended during rain or unsafe conditions.
Flyer King will provide a photo work report according to the confirmed service plan so clients can review the distribution record.
The photo coverage and calculation method will be stated when the service is confirmed. A partial photo record should not be interpreted as a separate photo being taken for every vehicle.
Vehicle leaflet distribution is more easily affected by rain and outdoor conditions:
- Typhoon Signal No. 1 or No. 3: Distribution can generally proceed if there is no rain and the site is safe.
- Forecast rain or rainy weather: Distribution may need to be adjusted, suspended or cancelled.
- Amber, Red or Black Rainstorm Warning: Services may be gradually suspended or cancelled.
- Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above: Services will be suspended or cancelled depending on weather and safety conditions.
Final arrangements will be confirmed with the client based on the weather, traffic and distribution location.
