To promote Fuji Xerox’s smart office solutions, we selected a prime location in an SME hub—Cheung Sha Wan Plaza—and set up a “Smart Office Experience Zone” for business customers to explore future-ready workplace innovations. The event featured interactive demo areas, guided tours, and hands-on trials, supported by giveaways and lucky draws to boost engagement and brand affinity—successfully attracting a large number of potential leads.
Pre-event Preparation
• Developed the event plan and promotional strategy
