Event Planning
Street promotion helps you drive brand awareness fast
and engage your target customers directly.
Collect real-time feedback and opinions on your service or product to enhance campaign effectiveness and brand image. FlyerKing’s outdoor promoters are carefully selected and professionally trained to run promotions or roadshows at designated times and locations. They wear uniforms featuring your brand logo and distribute your leaflets or gifts. With a professional, friendly, one-to-one approach, they can assist participants with membership registration, app downloads, following or liking your social media pages, and other interactive tasks. This street promotion approach not only attracts attention, but also builds rapport between participants and your brand—leaving a strong and positive brand impression.
The Impact of Street Promotion
Attention-Grabbing Setup
In high-traffic areas such as MTR exits and busy streets, set up elements that capture attention. Interactive games, live performances, and engaging activities can quickly spark interest and draw crowds.
Flexible Campaign Strategy
Adjust promotion content and tactics by time and location to reach people who are truly interested in your product or service—improving precision and results.
Stronger Customer Engagement
Street promotions help strengthen interaction between your brand and customers. Through games, photo moments, and gifts, people build a stronger emotional connection with your brand.This relaxed and enjoyable experience is often more memorable than traditional sales-driven promotion.
Sampling + Online Engagement
By distributing product samples, you can instantly showcase benefits and invite people to experience your offering. At the same time, promoters can encourage passers-by to engage online—such as following your Facebook page, liking posts, or joining WeChat campaigns—further expanding brand influence.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. We can adjust the schedule based on your industry and target audience habits. For example:
• F&B: Lunch peak (11:00–15:00) or before/after dinner peak (15:00–19:00) to match dining decision times;
• Retail: Weekends or public holidays (11:00–19:00) for higher footfall coverage;
• Services (e.g. education, finance): Weekdays (11:00–18:00), avoiding rush hours to encourage stop-and-inquire behavior.
To ensure service quality, we recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance. This time is mainly used for:
• Detailed requirement alignment (format, area, audience targeting);
• Confirming materials preparation (custom uniforms or promotional items may require production lead time);
• Staff scheduling and compliance checks (prime districts and peak slots need earlier planning).
If you have urgent needs (e.g. execution within 3–5 days), please discuss with our sales team for expedited arrangement.
This depends on manpower and resource availability and may incur an express fee.
The execution process is clear and controllable at every step:
1. Planning: Align goals, budget, audience, and create a detailed plan (area, format, timetable), including compliance checks;
2. Materials: Confirm production/receipt of leaflets, gifts, standees, and arrange custom uniforms if needed;
3. Staffing: Assign suitable promoters and provide training (product knowledge, scripts, brand guidelines), define roles clearly;
4. On-site execution: Arrive on schedule, set up materials, start promotion, monitor footfall and interaction, and adjust tactics when needed;
5. Reporting: Summarize results (distribution volume, inquiries), provide photos/videos, and deliver a recap for further optimization.
Each step is handled by a dedicated coordinator, and you can check progress at any time.
Yes. We offer two options:
• Client-provided: If you already have uniforms (logo T-shirts, caps, name badges), you may provide them for promoters to wear for consistent visuals;
• Custom-made: If you need help, we can coordinate with partners to produce uniforms according to your brand VI (colors, logo, slogan).
Pricing depends on quantity, material, and design complexity.
We recommend confirming the recording frequency (e.g. hourly photos, full-session filming) and report submission timing with sales when booking,
so we can allocate resources in advance.

‧ Retail, F&B, beauty and other physical stores — grand opening promotion, limited-time offers, first-try campaigns to drive walk-ins and inquiries.
‧ Education, after-school programs, and district service providers — target residents or parents in specific neighborhoods.
‧ SMEs or brands that want stronger local visibility — promote services in selected areas; leaflet distribution helps reach potential customers directly.

• Typhoon Signal No. 1 or 3, or Red Rainstorm Warning: execution continues, but activities should be conducted under covered areas;
• Typhoon Signal No. 8 (or above) or Black Rainstorm Warning: all services will be suspended/cancelled gradually within 2 hours before the expected hoisting time announced by the Observatory.
